Is ordering from YESTODECOR.COM secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. How do I place my order?

Click on the product you want to buy. Click on “Add To Cart” option. You can add multiple product on the cart by opening different product and add it to the cart. After that click “Cart” on the menu bar. Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout”. Fill all the billing detail and check order detail (including total cost). Click on the “Order place” button below the form. Hence, you order is placed and you will get a confirmation email of your order detail. You can receive your order in Cash On Delivery(COD) method.

How can I get SMS notifications for my order?
After you have placed your order, click on the "Get notifications on mobile phone" button on the same page. Add you contact number and you will receive all the details regarding your product shipping and delivery on your mobile phone via SMS.

What is your returns policy?

What is your shipping cost?
Our standard shipping cost is Rs. 199 only.

Which service you use for shipping?
We use “TCS” for shipping.

What is your time to deliver?
We deliver in 2-3 working days after confirmation call. However, delivery time of orders for rural or remote areas cannot be confirmed. * rders booked from some remote and distant areas that are not covered by our service areas can only be entertained if you pre-pay your order’s full payment via bank account transfer or EasyPaisa service.

How to order an out of stock product?
You can pre-order any product that is out of stock by contacting us through call or email.

Can I Pay By Credit / Debit Card?
Currently we only have Cash On Delivery (COD) services. We are in the process of introducing online payments into our system. Those services will be available very soon.
