Following are our terms and conditions regarding products, orders, delivery, exchange and returns.

Products:

YESTODECOR.COM deals only in original, branded products. We provide our customers 100% original products that are brand new and are approved by international approving agencies.

We assure our customers that all our products are 100% original. If you have any complaints regarding a product’s originality or expiration, feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Orders:

Team YESTODECOR.COM is very efficient; we try our best to start working on an order as soon as it’s placed. Our customers can place orders directly through our website or can book their orders on our Facebook page.

We confirm all our orders by calling our customers. If you have mistakenly provided wrong information, please inform our operators as early as possible, as order details cannot be changed once your order has been shipped.

*Please recheck your ordered products and billing details before confirming an order.

Delivery:

We try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, but our valuable customers should understand that delivery time depends on many factors like flight delays, political conditions, weather conditions etc. Our usual delivery time for Lahore is 1 to 2 working days and for other major cities it’s 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery time for rural and remote areas cannot be confirmed.

Orders booked from some remote and distant areas that are not covered by our service areas can only be entertained if you pre-pay your order’s full payment via bank account transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa service.

Exchange:

For our valuable customers, we have a 7 day exchange policy, but exchange is only possible in following situations:

If the delivered product is not the product that you ordered.

If the product delivered to you is faulty or broken.

In case you want to exchange the delivered product for a reason other than any of the above mentioned reasons, you can get it exchanged on the following conditions:

If the product that you are returning is untouched and is in its original packaging.

If you are willing to pay the shipment fee for parcel’s return.

Note: Customer has to inform team YESTODECOR.COM through email at support@YESTODECOR.COM or WhatsApp at +92 317 1114001, if the product/products delivered is/are faulty or broken within 7 days.

Return:

YESTODECOR.COM cares for its customers and offers a 7 day return option to its valuable customers. You can return the delivered product and get your full payment back, if following conditions are met:

If the product delivered to you is not the product that you ordered.

If the product delivered to you is broken or faulty.

Note: Customer has to inform our operators about the faulty or broken delivered product/products within 7 days.
