Return & Exchange
Order Cancellation:
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refund Policy:
All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse.
- All refund payments will be issued either through store credits or transferred to the customer's provided wallet or bank account within two to seven days.
- Please provide your valid account or wallet and WhatsApp number or email must be provided to us so that the refund slip can be sent to you. The institution will not be responsible in case of providing wrong information.
Conditions of Return & Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a return or exchange for ordered products if:
- An incorrect product has been shipped and in case the product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a quality or manufacturing defect on the product received.
- If the product is received in bad condition.
- If you change your mind or don't want the product you received you can easily return it (but in this case you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused and undamaged).
Note: Please do not accept any package if it has been tampered with or damaged during delivery.
To ensure that we are able to process your return accurately and promptly, please read the returns process as well as the guidelines that need to be followed.
Return Process:

You will be asked to send a good quality photograph of the product received clearly showing the problem (in case of damage/defect/wrong product) along with your order details to the current whatsapp number (+92) 328-402 -4868 or send our email to yestodecor@gmail.com. (For faster process you can email/whatsapp the photo/video in first step). Our quality assurance team will check the details regarding its return eligibility.
We will then contact you with the status of your return request within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with photos. After your refund request is accepted,
Once the goods are back in our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated the day after it is received. Read more for important details.
Points To Remember:
- Product must be returned with original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (affixed to packet), receipt, etc.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Product may be returned for store credit or refund, processed within 7 days of receipt of goods at our warehouse.
- We reserve the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the right to provide solutions to any situation as we see fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to contact our team for immediate resolution.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
