Delivery Information:

Packaging:
All items are carefully packed at our fulfillment center to avoid any damage. We ensure that fragile items are packed securely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with tamper-proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. Order Cancellation:

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Policy:
All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse.

1. All refund payments will be issued either through store credits or transferred to the customer's provided wallet or bank account within two to seven days.
2. Please provide your valid account or wallet and WhatsApp number or email must be provided to us so that the refund slip can be sent to you. The institution will not be responsible in case of providing wrong information.

Conditions of Return & Refunds:

• If the product is received in bad condition.
